Terms & Conditions

Please read through our T&Cs before placing an order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us using the contact form or email charles@charles-christian.com We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

 

Payment Options

You can pay by PayPal. If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

 

Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the t-shirts that appear on the website. However, as the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes are approximate.  

Goods are subject to availability. 

 

Returns

Goods can only be returned by arrangement. You may return items within 7 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Faulty items must be reported to us immediately. The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us. 

We will post orders to the address provided by the customer. Our obligation finishes there. 

We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered or washed under any circumstances 

 

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

Purchase Of Products

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any losses incurred once they have left our premises.

All rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in this website are owned by or licensed by www.UrbanFantasist.com Any use of the site or its contents, apart from your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.  

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provision.
