Yes, of course you are welcome to submit your own music to the Americana Music Radio Show – that's how we discover new talent although given the pressure on time (we only have 59 minutes) there's no guarantee we'll be able to play it. However, a few brief guidelines...
* You can physically submit music on a CD – use the Oak Lodge contact address you'll find in the footer of this page. * You can also submit music digitally as an MP3 file (or files) to [email protected] BUT PLEASE DO NOT send the MP3 as an email attachment (it will kill our internet) instead email it as a WeTransfer, Dropbox or similar link that we can then download. And NOTE: MP3 files only. * Also include some short biographical notes about you, the track (is it a taster track from an album etc) and any social media links you have, so we can fully promote it. Thank you! The first episode of my new Americana Music Radio Show drops today on A1 Radio at 4pm UK (repeats 6pm Friday) – we've tracks from The Highwomen, Neil Young & Crazy Horse + an interview & tracks from Sam Coe – and much more. Listen online via TuneIn Radio & at www.a1radio.co.uk
I'm very happy to report that KCOR Radio in Las Vegas has signed up to carry the my new Americana Music Radio Show, with the first episode scheduled to air on Sunday 22 September – that's 7pm UK time.
I'm in conversation with several more US stations PLUS have three UK stations that have already committed to it (and with more in the pipeline). I'll be posting up station details, including show times and how to listen, over the next couple of days on this site. Full details will appear on the side-bar both here and on the home page. Now all I need to do is record the first show! |
